Important: This is a SERVICE, not a product. You must send us your original tow bar cover for cut out service

Send your 300 Series Tow Bar cover to us, and we’ll precisely cut it to fit around your tow bar, allowing you to retain the cover while towing, you can even add the option for an additional cut out so you can remove your d-shackles whilst the cover is installed. 

How It Works:

  1. Shipping Your Cover:

    • Tow bar covers must be posted to us at your expense.
    • Use the address provided below and include your order number and contact details for reference.
  2. Model-Specific Customisation:

    • Select your 300 Series model during checkout, as each template is slightly different.

    • We’ll cut your cover to your exact specifications and finish it with pinch weld for a seamless and professional look.
    • Damage Check: If any damage is found when unpacking your cover, we will contact you to verify the damage before proceeding with the cutout.
  4. Turnaround Time:

    • Once we receive your tow bar cover, the cutting process will take up to 1 week, plus return shipping time.

  • We follow a precise template that aligns with a correctly installed tow bar. However, we’ve encountered cases where tow bars haven’t been installed properly or aligned correctly. Trailer plugs mounted in non-standard locations or reverse lights installed as part of a GVM upgrade can create difficulties with this cutout. Before placing your order, please consider these factors and include any necessary notes to ensure we can cut your cover correctly.

Yes, this is a service only, you must ship your factory tow bar cover to us for modification.

How long does the process take?

Once we receive your cover, the turnaround time is up to 3 days, plus return shipping.

Can I add a D-shackle cutout?

Yes, you can select the optional D-shackle cutout during checkout so the shackles can be removed while the cover is installed.

What if my tow bar or trailer plug isn’t installed in the standard position?

Our templates are designed for correctly aligned tow bars. If your tow bar, trailer plug, or reverse lights are mounted in non-standard positions, please include notes when ordering so we can ensure the cutout is correct.

Shipping

This product has a 3-day build time before dispatch. Once assembled, it will be shipped via our shipping carrier.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. If you don’t see regular tracking updates through the link provided, we recommend calling shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. As the shipment is now in the hands of the shipping carrier, it’s best for the receiver to contact them directly for updates.
