Welcome to the Accelerate Off-Grid Touring EOFY Sale. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made during the promotional period and outline your rights and responsibilities, as well as the limitations of the sale. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Promotional Period
The Accelerate Off-Grid Touring EOFY Sale runs from:
Tuesday, 17 June 2026 to 11:59pm, Monday, 30 June 2026 (AEST)
All offers, discounts and promotions are strictly limited to this timeframe unless otherwise specified.
2. Sale Discounts
During the EOFY Sale, customers will receive 15% OFF all eligible Accelerate Off-Grid Touring manufactured products.
This includes products designed and manufactured by Accelerate Off-Grid Touring.
Bundle Products
For bundle packages that contain products from multiple brands, the 15% discount applies only to the Accelerate-manufactured components within the bundle.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- UHF Bundles
- Spotlight Bundles
- Accessory Packages
- Vehicle-Specific Installation Bundles
Products supplied by third-party manufacturers within these bundles are excluded from the EOFY discount unless otherwise stated.
3. Orders Placed Before the Sale
Orders placed prior to the commencement of the EOFY Sale are considered final and are not eligible for retrospective discounting.
Customers who purchased between 15 June and 16 June 2026 may request either:
- 15% of their purchase value back as store credit; or
- A full refund and cancellation of their original order.
Customers choosing a refund may place a new order during the EOFY Sale; however, their original order will be cancelled, they will re-enter the current production queue, and all current EOFY lead times will apply.
No partial refunds will be issued outside of the store credit option outlined above.
4. Pricing & Discounts
Discounts applied at checkout reflect the pricing available at the time of purchase.
This means:
- Sale pricing cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before the sale period.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically stated.
- Pricing errors may be corrected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Customers are responsible for reviewing pricing before completing checkout.
5. Build Times & Fulfilment
Due to increased EOFY demand, extended lead times will apply.
All Dual Battery Kit orders placed from 17 June onwards will be subject to a minimum two-week build time, plus applicable freight and transit times.
Extended fulfilment timeframes may apply across all product categories during the EOFY Sale period. While every effort will be made to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, Accelerate Off-Grid Touring cannot guarantee standard dispatch timeframes during peak sale periods.
6. Shipping
Shipping rates, carrier options and delivery timeframes vary depending on the products ordered and destination.
Important notes:
- Freight charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
- Dispatch estimates are subject to product availability and build schedules.
- Tracking information will be provided once orders are shipped.
- Accelerate Off-Grid Touring is not liable for delays caused by freight carriers, weather events, peak-season congestion or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Change-of-Mind Policy
Due to the nature of the EOFY Sale, change-of-mind returns, exchanges or order modifications are not accepted.
This includes:
- Changing products or configurations.
- Upgrading or downgrading variants.
- Adding or removing items after purchase.
- Applying sale pricing to previous orders.
- Requesting refunds based on later promotions or discounts.
All sale purchases are considered final unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Faulty Goods & Consumer Guarantees
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain fully protected.
Accelerate Off-Grid Touring will provide repair, replacement or refund for products that are faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
This does not apply to change-of-mind situations.
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details, photos of the issue, and a description of the fault.
9. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Many products sold by Accelerate Off-Grid Touring are custom-built or assembled to order.
These products:
- Cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
- Cannot be modified after manufacture has begun.
- May experience extended build times during the EOFY Sale period.
10. Misprints & Errors
While every effort is made to ensure pricing and product information is accurate, Accelerate Off-Grid Touring reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, incorrect product information, and website display errors.
Where a correction affects an existing order, customers will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible.
11. Fair Use & Abuse of Promotions
Accelerate Off-Grid Touring reserves the right to refuse, cancel or review any order involving abuse of promotional offers, attempts to manipulate pricing systems, fraudulent transactions, chargeback abuse, or misuse of discount codes.
Any such decision will be made at the company's discretion.
12. Agreement to Terms
By completing a purchase during the EOFY Sale, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not accept these terms, please do not place an order during the promotional period.
