Black Friday Sale 2026 – Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Accelerate Off-Grid Touring Black Friday Sale 2026.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made during the promotional period and outline the conditions of our discounts, special offers, shipping, order processing and fulfilment.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order.
1. Promotional Period
The Accelerate Off-Grid Touring Black Friday Sale runs from:
Tuesday, 10 November 2026 to 11:59pm Monday, 30 November 2026 (AEST).
All offers, discounts and promotional activities are strictly limited to this timeframe unless otherwise specified.
Accelerate Off-Grid Touring reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers where reasonably necessary, subject to Australian Consumer Law.
2. Black Friday Discounts & Offers
During the promotional period, customers can take advantage of the following offers:
15% Off the Accelerate Range
Receive 15% off eligible products across the Accelerate Off-Grid Touring range, excluding products listed in Section 5.
20% Off Dual Battery Kits When Purchased With an Invicta Lithium Battery
Receive 20% off eligible Accelerate dual battery kits when purchased in conjunction with an Invicta lithium battery.
The following conditions apply:
- The 20% discount is only available when an eligible dual battery kit is purchased with an Invicta lithium battery.
- Dual battery kits purchased without an Invicta lithium battery are not eligible for the 20% promotional offer.
- The 20% discount applies to eligible dual battery kit configurations, including the selected Invicta battery, where advertised.
- Discounts cannot be combined, stacked or used in conjunction with other promotional codes unless expressly stated.
- Discounts apply only to eligible products and configurations available during the promotional period.
- Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases made before the sale begins or after it concludes.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected products, configurations and final pricing before completing checkout.
3. Order Changes & Amendments
Due to the high volume of orders received during our Black Friday Sale, we cannot guarantee that changes or amendments can be made once an order has been placed.
While we may be able to accommodate certain changes, please be aware that replying to your order confirmation email with an amendment request does not guarantee that our team will see or action your request before your order is processed or dispatched.
If you need to make changes to your order, we recommend:
- Placing a separate order for any additional items you wish to purchase.
- Calling our team directly if you need to amend an existing order, so we can confirm whether changes are still possible.
Please note that orders may be processed and dispatched before we have had an opportunity to review email requests.
We strongly recommend checking all products, configurations, quantities and shipping details before completing checkout.
All order changes are subject to availability and processing status. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
4. Additional Promotions & Limited-Time Offers
Throughout the Black Friday Sale, Accelerate Off-Grid Touring may introduce additional promotions, special offers or incentives without prior notice.
These offers may be available for limited periods and may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, conditions or exclusions.
The following conditions apply:
- Additional promotions are only valid during their advertised promotional periods.
- Offers may be limited to selected products, customers, orders or purchase requirements.
- Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to previously completed orders.
- Promotional benefits cannot be exchanged, transferred or substituted unless expressly stated.
- Offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless expressly permitted.
- Customers must meet all advertised eligibility requirements to participate in or receive a promotional benefit.
- Where applicable, promotional benefits will be provided or awarded in accordance with the specific offer's published conditions.
- Additional terms, restrictions or exclusions may apply to individual promotions.
Accelerate Off-Grid Touring reserves the right to introduce, modify or withdraw additional promotional offers where reasonably necessary, subject to Australian Consumer Law and any applicable promotional regulations.
Full details and any additional Terms and Conditions will be made available when the relevant promotion is announced.
5. Pricing, Discounts & Exclusions
All promotional pricing is calculated based on the eligible products, configurations and offers available at the time of checkout.
The following products are excluded from the Black Friday Sale:
- Towing Bundles
- UHF Communications Bundles
- Behind-Grille Spotlight Mounts when purchased with spotlights
The following conditions apply:
- Discounts are only available on eligible products during the advertised promotional period.
- Promotional discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before or after the relevant offer.
- If a product becomes available at a different promotional price later in the sale, previous orders will not be repriced.
- Additional promotional offers cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers unless expressly stated.
- Excluded products remain at their standard advertised pricing unless otherwise specified.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their final order total and applicable discounts before completing checkout.
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
6. Shipping, Processing & Fulfilment
Due to the significant increase in order volumes during our Black Friday Sale, all standard processing, manufacturing, assembly and dispatch timeframes may be doubled.
Please be aware of the following:
- Extended Build Times: Many Accelerate Off-Grid Touring products, including dual battery kits, are assembled in-house. Standard build times may be up to double their usual timeframe during the sale.
- Extended Processing Times: Order processing, picking, packing and dispatch may take up to twice as long as normal.
- Order Priority: Orders will generally be processed in the order they are received, subject to stock availability and manufacturing requirements.
- Shipping Delays: Freight carriers may experience additional delays due to increased demand during the Black Friday and Christmas periods.
- Tracking Information: Customers will receive tracking details once their order has been dispatched.
- Lithium Batteries & Dangerous Goods: Products requiring specialised freight arrangements may experience additional delays.
Please consider these extended timeframes before placing your order, particularly if you require your products by a specific date.
While our team will work to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee standard processing or delivery timeframes during the promotional period.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while our team works through the increased demand.
All applicable rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
7. Change-of-Mind Returns & Exchanges
Due to the discounted nature of the Black Friday Sale, change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted.
This includes requests to:
- Exchange a product for a different variant or configuration
- Upgrade or downgrade a purchased product
- Swap products due to a preference change
- Access a different discount or promotional offer
- Receive a refund because an item becomes cheaper later in the sale
- Exchange a promotional discount for a different promotional benefit
Customers are responsible for checking vehicle compatibility, product specifications, battery selections and order details before purchasing.
This policy does not limit or exclude any rights under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Faulty Goods & Australian Consumer Law
All purchases made during the Black Friday Sale remain protected by Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where a product is faulty, not fit for its disclosed purpose, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact Accelerate Off-Grid Touring with your order number, a description of the issue and any relevant photographs so our team can assist.
9. Made-to-Order & In-House Assembled Products
Many Accelerate Off-Grid Touring products, including dual battery kits, are assembled in-house once an order has been placed.
Customers should be aware that:
- Products are supplied in their advertised configurations. Custom modifications or alterations to finished products are not available.
- All product options and configurations must be selected correctly before checkout.
- Changes or cancellations may not be possible once assembly or production has commenced, except where required by law.
- Assembly and manufacturing lead times may be extended during the Black Friday Sale due to increased order volumes.
- Products and configurations cannot be modified retrospectively to access later promotional offers.
- Dispatch timeframes may vary depending on product availability and manufacturing demand.
All applicable rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
10. Stock Availability
All Black Friday promotional offers are subject to product availability.
Some products may have limited stock or require additional manufacturing time.
Where an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Accelerate Off-Grid Touring will contact the customer to discuss an appropriate resolution, which may include an alternative product, revised fulfilment arrangements or a refund where applicable.
Accelerate Off-Grid Touring reserves the right to apply reasonable purchase quantity limits where clearly communicated.
11. Pricing Errors & Incorrect Information
While we take reasonable steps to ensure all promotional information is accurate, errors may occasionally occur.
These may include:
- Incorrect product pricing
- Typographical errors
- Incorrect discount calculations
- Incorrect product descriptions or compatibility information
- Technical issues affecting promotional offers
Where an error is identified, Accelerate Off-Grid Touring may correct the information and contact affected customers to discuss available options.
Any order cancellation, refund or correction will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and applicable contractual obligations.
12. Fair Use & Promotional Abuse
Accelerate Off-Grid Touring reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse of promotional offers, including:
- Fraudulent purchases or payment activity
- Manipulation of the checkout system
- Unauthorised use of promotional codes
- Attempts to exploit technical pricing errors
- Attempts to circumvent published promotional eligibility requirements
- Misrepresentation of customer or order information
Where reasonably justified and permitted by law, Accelerate Off-Grid Touring may refuse or cancel orders associated with fraudulent or abusive activity.
Any action taken will remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Changes to Promotional Terms
Accelerate Off-Grid Touring may amend promotional details where reasonably necessary due to operational requirements, technical errors, stock availability or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Any material changes will be communicated through the relevant promotional channels where appropriate.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights or benefits already acquired under a completed purchase, except where permitted by law.
14. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order during the Accelerate Off-Grid Touring Black Friday Sale 2026, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these Terms and Conditions.
Your purchase remains subject to these Terms and Conditions, our applicable store policies and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
