Shipping Policy

This kit has a 2 business day fulfilment time. This means your order will be picked, assembled (if required), and prepared for dispatch within two business day of purchase.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
  • Delivery timeframes do not include the 2 business day fulfilment time.
  • Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch while the carrier processes the shipment.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. For delivery updates, delays, or enquiries, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.

We take care to ensure your order is securely packaged and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In as-new, resellable condition
  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In the original packaging, including all supplied components and hardware
  • Free from damage, modification, or signs of installation

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, the following applies:

  • The original product must be returned in as-new, resellable condition, in original packaging
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original product
  • The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product being sent out

Once the original item is received and inspected, we will arrange dispatch of the replacement product.

Important Notes

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Accelerate Off-Grid Touring reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of all returned items before approving refunds or exchanges.
  • Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or are missing components may not be eligible for return.

Will this fit my Toyota LandCruiser 300 Series?

Yes, this towing bundle suits all LC300 variants. Every harness is vehicle-specific and pre-terminated, so no cutting or modifying factory wiring is required.

Do I need a trailer plug installed for the TowPro to work?

Yes. A 7-pin or 12-pin trailer plug must be fitted for the TowPro Elite to operate correctly. If you don’t have one yet, we recommend installing it at the same time.

What’s the difference between the isolated Anderson feed and the ESC harness?

The isolated grey Anderson provides a high-current charging feed to your caravan or camper.

The red Anderson ESC harness delivers a constant power feed for trailers with Electronic Stability Control. Both systems are independent and included in the bundle.

Can I install this myself?

The harnesses are plug-and-play, fully loomed, and backed by installation videos, making DIY installation achievable for most people. For the cleanest finish, we recommend professional installation if you’re not confident with interior trim removal or cable routing.
