Shipping Policy

This product has a 7 day fulfilment time. This means your order will be picked, assembled (if required), and prepared for dispatch within 7 days of purchase.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:

• Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days
  
• Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days
  

Please note:

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
  
• Delivery timeframes do not include the 6 week fulfilment time.
  
• Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch while the carrier processes the shipment.
  
• Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. For delivery updates, delays, or enquiries, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.
  

We take care to ensure your order is securely packaged and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• In as-new, resellable condition
  
• Unused and uninstalled
  
• In the original packaging, including all supplied components and hardware
  
• Free from damage, modification, or signs of installation
  

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, the following applies:

• The original product must be returned in as-new, resellable condition, in original packaging
  
• The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original product
  
• The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product being sent out
  

Once the original item is received and inspected, we will arrange dispatch of the replacement product.

Important Notes

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  
• Accelerate Off-Grid Touring reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of all returned items before approving refunds or exchanges.
  
• Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or are missing components may not be eligible for return.

Which side of my 79 Series does this fit?

This console is designed for the passenger-side rear door position. It mounts directly behind the corresponding rear door and is not a universal or driver-side fit.

Do the switches come pre-wired?

No. The two on/off switches are supplied unwired so you can wire them to the accessories of your choice. Installation and vehicle wiring are required and should be carried out by a competent installer or auto electrician.

What's the difference between the cup holder and air chuck top?

The cup holder top gives you a secure holder sized for a standard 375ml can. The air chuck top includes provision for an air chuck and an ARB-style switch, and comes with the air chuck and elbow included, making it the better choice if you're running an onboard air compressor system.

Can I get both the cup holder and air chuck?

The console is supplied with one top configuration selected at checkout. If you want to change configurations down the track, a replacement top can be purchased separately.

What are the red and grey Anderson plugs for?

The red Anderson plug is your solar input, and the grey Anderson plug is your 12V output. Both connect into your existing dual battery or touring setup.

Do I need an onboard air compressor for the air chuck option?

Yes, the air chuck top is designed for vehicles already running or planning to run an onboard air compressor system. It provides the panel-mounted air chuck and switch provision, not the compressor itself.

Does this come fully assembled?

Yes, the console itself is supplied assembled with the 12V socket, USB socket, Anderson plugs and switches in place. Vehicle wiring and installation are still required to get it powered up.

Will this work with my existing dual battery setup?

Yes. The Anderson connections are designed to integrate with a dual battery system, giving you a clean point to tap into solar input and 12V output at the rear seat.
