Description
Take the guesswork out of adding serious off-grid power to your 79 Series LandCruiser with a complete, vehicle-specific dual battery system built for confident DIY installation. Designed to use the otherwise wasted space behind the driver’s-side seat, this compact setup delivers up to 100Ah of lithium power for fridges, lighting, communications equipment and everyday touring accessories without taking up valuable floor or tray space. It suits pre-facelift Single Cab and Dual Cab models, as well as post-facelift Dual Cab models.
Every major component is pre-mounted and pre-wired using premium automotive cable and protective sheathing. The wiring is cut to length, pre-lugged, fused and clearly labelled, removing the need to calculate cable sizes, crimp heavy-duty terminals or design a system from scratch. The custom laser-cut aluminium tray securely houses the selected battery, REDARC charger, six-way fuse box and MIDI fuse protection, with colour-coded Anderson plugs providing straightforward connections for vehicle charging, solar and 12V accessories.
At the heart of the kit is your choice of a REDARC Alpha 25A or 50A BCDC charger, providing intelligent alternator and solar charging, Bluetooth monitoring, Green Power Priority™, automatic start-battery maintenance and the ability to help recover a flat start battery in as little as 15 minutes. Available with your choice of premium slimline lithium battery and an optional pre-wired socket box, this is a genuinely comprehensive 79 Series power system designed and assembled by Accelerate Off-Grid Touring on the Sunshine Coast.

Socket Bank Wiring Harness
Designed specifically for our Behind Seat Dual Battery Kits, this plug-and-play wiring harness provides a simple connection between the dual battery kit and your chosen rear power solution. The harness is pre-terminated with Anderson plugs and is designed to plug directly into the dual battery kit and then directly into your selected Socket Bank or Customisable 12V Power Distribution Box. Supplied cut to length and ready to install, it eliminates the need for custom wiring while delivering a clean, professional installation.
Customisable 12v Power Distribution Box
A premium power distribution solution designed to complement your dual battery system with a clean, professional installation. Manufactured in-house from laser-cut and fully welded aluminium, the box features configurable socket layouts, dual Anderson outputs, and a dedicated solar input.
