Shipping Policy

All smaller products have a 1 business day fulfilment time. This means your order will be picked, assembled (if required), and prepared for dispatch within one business day of purchase.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
  • Delivery timeframes do not include the 1 business day fulfilment time.
  • Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch while the carrier processes the shipment.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. For delivery updates, delays, or enquiries, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.

We take care to ensure your order is securely packaged and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In as-new, resellable condition
  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In the original packaging, including all supplied components and hardware
  • Free from damage, modification, or signs of installation

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, the following applies:

  • The original product must be returned in as-new, resellable condition, in original packaging
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original product
  • The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product being sent out

Once the original item is received and inspected, we will arrange dispatch of the replacement product.

Important Notes

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Accelerate Off-Grid Touring reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of all returned items before approving refunds or exchanges.
  • Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or are missing components may not be eligible for return.

FAQs

Is this socket bank compatible with all Isuzu MUX?

No – it has been tested in-house on the second generation (2021–present) and confirmed compatible.
It DOES NOT fit the first generation (2013–2021), we are currently working on one.

What’s the difference between the Plate-Only and Wiring Harness versions?

The Plate-Only version includes the socket plate, chosen sockets, and Red/Grey Anderson cutouts (no pins provided), plus mounting screws × 3 – ready for you to wire into your own system.

The Wiring Harness version comes pre-wired with a 1.5 m harness, terminated with a Red Anderson (solar input) and a Grey Anderson (12V output), making it plug-and-play with a dual battery system or portable battery box.

Do I need to provide my own cabling?

If you choose the Plate-Only option, yes – you’ll need to supply and wire your own cabling. If you choose the Wiring Harness option, the harness is pre-fitted and ready to connect.

Can the Grey and Red Anderson plugs be used interchangeably?

No – they are colour-coded for specific purposes. The Red Anderson is for solar input, while the Grey Anderson is for 12V output.
