Welcome to the Accelerate Off-Grid Touring Black Friday Sale. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made during the promotional period and outline your rights and responsibilities, as well as the limitations of the sale. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Promotional Period
The Accelerate Off-Grid Touring Black Friday Sale runs from:
Tuesday, 12 November to 11:59pm, Tuesday, 2 December (AEST).
All offers, discounts, bonuses and giveaways are strictly limited to this timeframe unless otherwise specified.
Final Sale – No Changes or Amendments
All orders made during the Black Friday Sale are final.
Once an order is placed:
No changes to products, variants or configurations
No swapping items
No adding or removing items
No changing shipping methods or addresses
No cancelling and re-placing orders to access different discounts
No custom or made-to-order variations
Please ensure your order is correct prior to checkout.
3. Mid-Sale Offers & Flash Deals
Throughout the promotional period, Accelerate Off-Grid Touring ran a series of mid-sale offers and limited-time flash deals.
These included (but were not limited to):
30% off selected products from Thursday, 28 November to Sunday, 1 December
Standard 20% off most sale categories
Free shipping on selected items during the final two days (Monday 1 December & Tuesday 2 December)
All mid-sale offers:
Are final
Cannot be backdated
Cannot be applied to earlier orders
Cannot be substituted or exchanged
Orders placed outside a specific promotional window are not eligible for offers available in other windows.
4. Pricing & Discount Structure
Discounts applied at checkout reflect the pricing available at that exact moment.
This means:
If a product was 30% off at the time of purchase, that discounted price is final
If the same product reverts to 20% off later, the lower discount cannot be retroactively applied
Prices cannot be altered to reflect promotions that occur before or after your order
Free shipping offered on final days cannot be applied to earlier orders
Where applicable, it may be cheaper to retain the original 30% discount (plus shipping) than switch to a 20% discount with free shipping.
Customers are responsible for reviewing pricing at checkout.
5. Giveaway – Starlink Mini Prize Draw
During the Black Friday Sale, customers receive one (1) entry for every $1,500 spent in each individual order into the draw to win a Starlink Mini.
Key conditions:
Entries are calculated per order total, not cumulative across multiple orders
Refunds, partial refunds or cancelled orders may void entries
The winner will be drawn at random after the promotional period
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash
Employees, contractors and direct family members are excluded
Full giveaway terms are available upon request.
6. Shipping & Fulfilment
Shipping rates, carrier options and lead times vary depending on the products ordered.
Important notes:
Orders placed before Monday–Tuesday cannot be changed to include final-day free shipping
Build times may be extended due to increased Black Friday demand
Customers will receive tracking details once dispatch occurs
Accelerate is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather or peak-season congestion
7. Change-of-Mind Policy
Due to the nature of the Black Friday Sale, change-of-mind returns or exchanges are not accepted.
This includes:
Upgrading or downgrading a variant
Adding additional items
Swapping a sale price for a different promotion
Preferring free shipping after selecting a higher discount
All sales are final to maintain fairness and integrity across the promotional period.
8. Faulty Goods & Consumer Guarantees
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain fully protected.
Accelerate Off-Grid Touring will provide repair, replacement or refund for products that are faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described, in accordance with the ACL.
This does not apply to change-of-mind situations.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately with photos, order details and a description of the issue.
9. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Many products are custom-assembled or made to order.
These products:
Cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun
May have extended build times during peak periods
Cannot be modified to match later sale offers
10. Misprints & Errors
While we aim to ensure accuracy, Accelerate Off-Grid Touring reserves the right to correct:
Pricing errors
Typographical mistakes
Incorrect product information
Where a correction affects your order, you will be notified as soon as possible.
11. Fair Use & Abuse of Promotions
Accelerate Off-Grid Touring reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order involving:
Manipulation of the checkout system
Attempts to access expired discounts
Fraudulent activity
Repeated returns or chargebacks
Abuse of promotional codes or offers
Any such decision will be made at the company’s discretion.
12. Agreement to Terms
By completing a purchase during the Black Friday Sale, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not accept these terms, please do not place an order during the promotional period.
