200 Series Tow Bar Cover Cut Out Service 

Important: This is a SERVICE, not a product. You must send us your original tow bar cover for the cut out.

Send your 200 Series Tow Bar cover to us, and we’ll precisely cut it to fit around your tow bar, allowing you to retain the cover while towing.

How It Works:

Shipping Your Cover:

    • Tow bar covers must be posted to us at your expense.

    • Use the address provided below and include your order number and contact details for reference.

      Model-Specific Customisation:

      • Select your 200 Series model during checkout, as each template is slightly different.

      • If you’d like the option to remove D-shackles while the cover is on, add the D-shackle cutout option.

        Our Process:

        • We’ll cut your cover to your exact specifications and finish it with pinch weld for a seamless and professional look.

        • Damage Check: If any damage is found when unpacking your cover, we will contact you to verify the damage before proceeding with the cutout.

Note:

  • We are not responsible for any damages to your cover during transit to us. Please ensure it is packaged appropriately.

  • The customer covers the cost of shipping to us; return shipping is included in the service.

  • We follow a precise template that aligns with a correctly installed tow bar. However, we’ve encountered cases where tow bars haven’t been installed properly or aligned correctly. Trailer plugs mounted in non-standard locations or reverse lights installed as part of a GVM upgrade can create difficulties with this cutout. Before placing your order, please consider these factors and include any necessary notes to ensure we can cut your cover correctly.
Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

This service has a 1 business day fulfilment time from the time we receive your towbar cover. This means your order will be picked, assembled (if required), and prepared for dispatch within one business day of purchase.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
  • Delivery timeframes do not include the 1 business day fulfilment time.
  • Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch while the carrier processes the shipment.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. For delivery updates, delays, or enquiries, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.

We take care to ensure your order is securely packaged and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In as-new, resellable condition
  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In the original packaging, including all supplied components and hardware
  • Free from damage, modification, or signs of installation

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, the following applies:

  • The original product must be returned in as-new, resellable condition, in original packaging
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original product
  • The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product being sent out

Once the original item is received and inspected, we will arrange dispatch of the replacement product.

Important Notes

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Accelerate Off-Grid Touring reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of all returned items before approving refunds or exchanges.
  • Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or are missing components may not be eligible for return.

Shipping

This is a service treated as a physical product for checkout purposes. You must first send your 250 Series Prado tow bar cover to us at your own expense, including your order number and contact details inside the package. The turnaround time is made up of the shipping time to us, plus up to 1 week for the cutout service, and then the return freight back to you. Once your cover has been shipped back, you’ll receive a tracking number. If tracking updates are delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number, as the shipment is in their hands once it leaves us.

Yes, this is a service, not a product. You must post your original 200 Series Prado tow bar cover to us for cutting.

How long does the service take?

Once we receive your cover, the cutting process takes up to 3 business days, plus the return shipping time.

Can I add a cutout for D-shackles?

Yes, you can select the optional D-shackle cutout during checkout so you can remove shackles while the cover is installed.

What if my tow bar or accessories aren’t in the standard position?

Our templates are designed for correctly installed tow bars. If your trailer plug, reverse lights, or other accessories are in non-standard positions, please let us know in your order notes so we can adjust the cutout accordingly.
