Shipping Policy

All smaller products have a 1 business day fulfilment time. This means your order will be picked, assembled (if required), and prepared for dispatch within one business day of purchase.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days

Please note:

Returns Policy – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In as-new, resellable condition
  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In the original packaging, including all supplied components and hardware
  • Free from damage, modification, or signs of installation

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, the following applies:

  • The original product must be returned in as-new, resellable condition, in original packaging
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original product
  • The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product being sent out

Once the original item is received and inspected, we will arrange dispatch of the replacement product.

2025 GR Sport. Front Grille removed to make some modifications so the Mount would fit correctly. Lowered the bracket top attachment point, so the lights are below the “Toyota” badge. Added some addition support to stop the lights vibrating when driving on rough roads. Nicely manufactured and best I could find on the market for the spot light installation behind the Grille. STEDI Type X Evo 7”.

I can initially confirm the behind the grille spotlight mount for the LC300 fits Sentinel 7” Elite spotlights. The product was pretty tight to install and I think the stability of the base could do with further stabilisation. I believe the base has been tested with Stedi and Navara spotlights. You can add the Sentinel 7” Elites to the list as well

Fits well, mount looks good and is solid. Unfortunately still need to turn lights from auto to manual and then high beams on for spotlight to work. I'd had similar fitted to a 2022 VX and had hoped they'd worked a way around that 3 years later.

Fitted great, could do with extra bolts on either end of the base plate to stop the flex and your spot lights vibrating, great product overall.
