Shipping Policy

This product has a 2 business day fulfilment time. This means your order will be picked, assembled (if required), and prepared for dispatch within two business days of purchase.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:

• Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days
  
• Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days
  

Please note:

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
  
• Delivery timeframes do not include the 2 business day fulfilment time.
  
• Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch while the carrier processes the shipment.
  
• Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. For delivery updates, delays, or enquiries, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.
  

We take care to ensure your order is securely packaged and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• In as-new, resellable condition
  
• Unused and uninstalled
  
• In the original packaging, including all supplied components and hardware
  
• Free from damage, modification, or signs of installation
  

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, the following applies:

• The original product must be returned in as-new, resellable condition, in original packaging
  
• The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original product
  
• The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product being sent out
  

Once the original item is received and inspected, we will arrange dispatch of the replacement product.

Important Notes

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  
• Accelerate Off-Grid Touring reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of all returned items before approving refunds or exchanges.
  
• Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or are missing components may not be eligible for return.

What lights does this mount fit?

It’s designed to fit the listed 7" STEDI Type-X EVO, 7" Narva EX2, and 22" STEDI Type-X EVO light bar. We've also received customer feedback confirming successful fitment of 8.5" STEDI Type-X EVOs, though we haven’t tested that size in-house.

Will this affect my spotlight projection or beam pattern?

No – the mount positions the lights cleanly behind the grille with minimal interference. We've tested this setup extensively and found very little impact on light output or beam clarity.

Does the mount cause any heat or airflow issues?

Not at all, we've run these setups in-house with no overheating or airflow problems reported, even on long drives and in warm conditions.

Do I need a bull bar to install this?

No, this mount is specifically designed for Prado 250 Series owners who don’t have a bull bar but still want to run spotlights or a light bar cleanly and securely.

Is the wiring difficult to install?

Not at all, the kit includes a plug-and-play wiring loom with a piggyback connector for a simple and tidy install. A modified Toyota Genuine Wiring Harness is also included when ordering with lights.
