Shipping Policy

All smaller products have a 1 business day fulfilment time. This means your order will be picked, assembled (if required), and prepared for dispatch within one business day of purchase.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:

• Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days
  
• Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days
  

Please note:

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
  
• Delivery timeframes do not include the 1 business day fulfilment time.
  
• Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch while the carrier processes the shipment.
  
• Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. For delivery updates, delays, or enquiries, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.
  

We take care to ensure your order is securely packaged and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• In as-new, resellable condition
  
• Unused and uninstalled
  
• In the original packaging, including all supplied components and hardware
  
• Free from damage, modification, or signs of installation
  

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, the following applies:

• The original product must be returned in as-new, resellable condition, in original packaging
  
• The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original product
  
• The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product being sent out
  

Once the original item is received and inspected, we will arrange dispatch of the replacement product.

Important Notes

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  
• Accelerate Off-Grid Touring reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of all returned items before approving refunds or exchanges.
  
• Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or are missing components may not be eligible for return.

Will this tray fit my 79 Series LandCruiser?

Yes – it’s designed to suit all Single Cab and Dual Cab 79 Series LandCruisers, both pre- and post-facelift. It mounts behind the driver’s side rear seat without using up tray or floor space.

Does this tray interfere with factory child restraints?

No – this tray has been specifically designed to avoid interference with the factory child restraint points. It can be used safely in vehicles with child restraints fitted.

What components is this tray designed to work with?

It’s built to house slimline lithium batteries like the Invicta 100Ah or 200Ah Super Slim, and is compatible with REDARC Core, Classic, and Alpha BCDC chargers. It can also support setups that include an ARB brushless air compressor.

Can I customise the tray to suit my build?

Absolutely – while the tray is pre-drilled for common configurations, it’s made from aluminium and can be modified to suit custom setups. You can drill additional mounting holes or adjust the layout as needed.
