Shipping Policy

All smaller products have a 1 business day fulfilment time. This means your order will be picked, assembled (if required), and prepared for dispatch within one business day of purchase.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:

• Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days
  
• Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days
  

Please note:

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

• Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch while the carrier processes the shipment.

Returns Policy – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• In as-new, resellable condition
  
• Unused and uninstalled
  
• In the original packaging, including all supplied components and hardware
  
• Free from damage, modification, or signs of installation
  

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, the following applies:

• The original product must be returned in as-new, resellable condition, in original packaging
  
• The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original product
  
• The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product being sent out
  

Once the original item is received and inspected, we will arrange dispatch of the replacement product.

Important Notes

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  
• Accelerate Off-Grid Touring reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of all returned items before approving refunds or exchanges.
  
• Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or are missing components may not be eligible for return.

Is the mount secure against theft?

Yes, the unit features a keyed lock that prevents access to the quick release mechanism, securing your Starlink in place.

Can I move the Starlink between vehicles or setups?

Yes, with additional quick release brackets installed, you can easily swap the unit between multiple mounting locations.

What happens if the remote switching fails?

The system includes a secondary Anderson input (black) that allows you to bypass the remote and power the unit directly.

Do I need the power supply option?

If you are running longer cable distances, the step-up converter is highly recommended to ensure consistent voltage and reliable Starlink performance.

How do I mount the Starlink Mini Quick Release Mount to an ARB Base Rack?
The quick-release base plate can be mounted directly to an ARB Base Rack using suitable hardware or compatible ARB mounting clamps/brackets. Depending on your setup, some customers may also choose to drill and bolt directly through the Base Rack.

My quick-release locking pins won’t line up with the holes. What should I check?
First, check that the stainless-steel rods at the front of the mount are fully seated into the hooks on the quick-release base plate. If the spring-loaded locking pins are still sitting too high or slightly out of alignment, check the hardware being used to secure the base plate.

Bolt heads that sit proud of the base plate can interfere with the Starlink mount sitting completely flat, preventing the locking pins from lining up correctly.

What mounting hardware should I use?
We recommend using M8 countersunk hardware where suitable for your installation. Countersunk bolts sit flush with the quick-release plate and provide the necessary clearance for the upper mount to engage correctly.

Standard bolt heads that protrude above the plate may cause clearance issues.

How can I check whether my mounting hardware is causing the issue?
Remove the quick-release base plate from your roof rack and test-fit the Starlink Mini mount to the plate without any mounting hardware installed.

If the mount engages correctly and the locking pins click into place, your mounting hardware is likely sitting too high and interfering with the quick-release mechanism. Switching to suitable countersunk hardware should resolve the issue.
