Designed for customers building their own dual battery system, this vehicle-specific charge harness provides a simple and reliable method of connecting a rear-mounted DC-DC charger to the vehicle's starting battery. Utilising the same design used in our complete plug-and-play dual battery kits, the harness has been developed specifically for the Ford Ranger Next-Gen (2022-Present) and Ranger Super Duty (2026-Present).
Manufactured using heavy-duty 6 B&S twin-core automotive cable, the harness is professionally assembled with integrated fuse protection, protective self-wrapping sheathing, adhesive-lined heat shrink, and quality crimped terminations. Every harness is cut to the correct length for the vehicle and supplied ready for installation, removing the need to source cable, determine cable sizing, fit terminals, or build your own charge circuit.
One end is configured to connect directly to the vehicle's starting battery via pre-terminated cable lugs and integrated fuse protection, while the opposite end is terminated with a Blue Anderson plug to provide a simple plug-and-play connection point for your rear-mounted DC-DC charger or battery system.
