1. This gift card ("gift card") is issued by Accelerate Off-Grid Touring ("we", "us", "our") and is redeemable only at accelerateoffgrid.com.au.
2. Gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address supplied at checkout. Please check the recipient's email address carefully before completing your order — we are not responsible for a gift card sent to an incorrect email address supplied by the purchaser.
3. This gift card [does not expire / is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase
4. No fees apply to purchasing, holding, or redeeming this gift card.
5. This gift card can be redeemed in part or in full, across one or more orders. Any unused balance remains on the gift card until fully redeemed (or until expiry, if one applies).
6. This gift card cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, in whole or in part, except where required by law.
7. Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
8. We cannot replace or refund a gift card code that is lost, stolen, or deleted after delivery, except where required by law. Please keep your code secure, the same way you would a voucher or cash.
9. This gift card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
10. We may refuse, cancel, or suspend a gift card if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms.
11. These terms may be updated from time to time. The version current at the date of purchase applies to that gift card.

Does the gift card expire?
Valid for 3 years from date of purchase.

Can I use it more than once?
Yes, if your order comes to less than the card's balance, the remainder stays on the card for next time.

Can I return or refund a gift card?
Gift card purchases are final and can't be refunded for change of mind, in line with the Terms & Conditions above.

What if I entered the wrong email address for the recipient?
Get in touch with us as soon as possible after purchase, we'll do what we can, but please double check the email address before ordering.

Can I combine it with a discount code?
Yes, gift cards are applied as store credit at checkout, so they work alongside standard discount codes.
