Shipping Policy

All smaller products have a 1 business day fulfilment time. This means your order will be picked, assembled (if required), and prepared for dispatch within one business day of purchase.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:

• Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days
  
• Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days
  

Please note:

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

• Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch while the carrier processes the shipment.

Returns Policy – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• In as-new, resellable condition
  
• Unused and uninstalled
  
• In the original packaging, including all supplied components and hardware
  
• Free from damage, modification, or signs of installation
  

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, the following applies:

• The original product must be returned in as-new, resellable condition, in original packaging
  
• The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original product
  
• The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product being sent out
  

Once the original item is received and inspected, we will arrange dispatch of the replacement product.

Important Notes

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  
• Accelerate Off-Grid Touring reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of all returned items before approving refunds or exchanges.
  
• Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or are missing components may not be eligible for return.

Does this bracket require drilling?

No, it just bolts straight onto the factory bonnet hinge bolts, nice and simple.

Will it get in the way of my bonnet or wipers?

Not at all. The bonnet still opens and closes like normal, and the wipers work exactly the same.

Will it fit my 200 Series?

Yep, it’s designed to suit all 2016+ LandCruiser 200 Series models.

Which side should I order?

Most people go Passenger side, that’s the one we always keep in stock. If you want the Driver side, we can get it, but there might be a short delay before it ships.
