Designed for the Ford Ranger Next-Gen (2022–Present), Ranger Super Duty (2026–Present) and Ford Everest V6, with all mounting hardware supplied in one kit. Ranger Next-Gen models with circular mounting holes have a maximum battery weight of 15kg. Ranger Super Duty and applicable 2026-onwards Ranger Next-Gen models with hexagonal mounting holes allow up to 20kg when the additional battery support is fitted. Check your vehicle’s mounting-hole shape to confirm the correct configuration. Not compatible with the Ford Ranger Raptor due to interference with the factory airbox.

Description

Designed for the Ford Ranger Next-Gen, Ranger Super Duty and Ford Everest V6, this five-piece, laser-cut under-bonnet dual battery mounting system provides a strong, vehicle-specific foundation for building your own dual battery setup.

This isn't the first under-bonnet dual battery mounting system built for these platforms, and that was never the goal. We let the early kits hit the market, looked at where additional support was needed, and used that knowledge to engineer a seriously solid under-bonnet battery mounting solution.

Built around a five-piece, laser-cut metal mounting system, the battery tray, top mounting strap, support arm and additional brackets work together to distribute the battery's weight across multiple vehicle mounting points rather than relying on the tray alone.

Designed to utilise existing factory mounting locations, the system installs without drilling or cutting into the vehicle.

This product includes the metal mounting components and vehicle-specific mounting hardware ONLY. No battery, DC-DC charger, wiring, Anderson plugs or electrical components are included. It's the ideal option for customers wanting to build their own dual battery system using their preferred electrical components.

Important Battery Weight Information

Circular Mounting Holes – Maximum Battery Weight 15kg

Earlier Ford Ranger Next-Gen vehicles with circular mounting holes cannot utilise the additional battery support bracket. These vehicles retain a maximum battery weight of 15kg.

Hexagonal Mounting Holes – Maximum Battery Weight 20kg

Ford Ranger Super Duty and applicable 2026-onwards Ranger Next-Gen vehicles with hexagonal mounting holes can utilise the supplied additional battery support bracket. With this support correctly installed, the maximum battery weight increases to 20kg.

All mounting hardware for both configurations is supplied. Check your vehicle's mounting-hole shape before selecting a battery, as the additional support cannot be fitted to vehicles with circular mounting holes.

Vehicle Compatibility

Ford Ranger Next-Gen – 2022 to Present

Compatible with applicable Ford Ranger Next-Gen models. Mounting-hole shape determines the available battery support and maximum allowable battery weight.

Ford Ranger Super Duty – 2026 to Present

Compatible with Ford Ranger Super Duty models. Hexagonal mounting holes allow the additional support bracket to be fitted, providing a maximum battery weight of 20kg.

Ford Everest V6 – Compatible

Compatible with Ford Everest V6 models. Check the mounting-hole shape to determine which support configuration and battery weight limit applies.

Ford Ranger Raptor – Not Compatible

Not compatible due to interference with the factory airbox.

Shipping Policy

This product has a 3 business day fulfilment time. This means your order will be picked, assembled (if required), and prepared for dispatch within three business days of purchase.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
  • Delivery timeframes do not include the 7 business day fulfilment time.
  • Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch while the carrier processes the shipment.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. For delivery updates, delays, or enquiries, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Lithium Battery and Dangerous Goods Shipping

If you purchase a dual battery kit that includes a lithium battery, the shipment will be classified as Dangerous Goods and sent via TNT/FedEx.

The lithium battery and the remainder of your kit may be packed separately and may arrive at different times, even though they are travelling under the same tracking or consignment number.

Dangerous Goods shipments must pass through additional handling and safety checkpoints while in transit. They may be temporarily held at these checkpoints for processing, which means we cannot provide an exact delivery date or ETA. Tracking updates may also pause for a period while the consignment is being processed.

These delays are part of TNT/FedEx’s Dangerous Goods transport process and are outside our control. Please continue monitoring your tracking information or contact the carrier directly for the latest available update.

We take care to ensure your order is securely packaged, correctly declared and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In as-new, resellable condition
  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In the original packaging, including all supplied components and hardware
  • Free from damage, modification or signs of installation

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned product has been received, inspected and confirmed to meet our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, the following applies:

  • The original product must be returned in as-new, resellable condition and in its original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original product.
  • The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product.

Once the original item has been received and inspected, we will arrange dispatch of the replacement product.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

What is the maximum battery weight this tray can support?

The maximum battery weight depends on your vehicle's mounting-hole configuration. Vehicles with circular mounting holes are limited to 15kg, while vehicles with hexagonal mounting holes can support up to 20kg when the supplied additional support bracket is correctly installed. All mounting hardware for both configurations is included.

Will this tray fit my Ford Ranger, Ranger Super Duty or Everest?
