Designed to create a clean and functional engine-bay layout, this behind-grille DCDC Charger Mounting Bracket provides a dedicated mounting solution for a REDARC BCDC charger in the Toyota Hilux N80. Positioning the charger behind the front grille moves it away from engine-bay heat while improving airflow around the unit for reliable charging performance.

Engineered specifically for the N80 Hilux platform, the bracket uses factory mounting points and is fully compatible with our Behind-Grille Spotlight Mount. Both brackets can be installed together as a clean, integrated system without requiring additional support brackets.

Manufactured from durable steel and finished in a textured black powder coat, the bracket is built to withstand harsh Australian touring conditions while maintaining a tidy, factory-style appearance. It is available on its own, with a vehicle-specific charge harness or as a complete kit with your choice of REDARC BCDC charger.

Shipping Policy

All smaller products have a 1 business day fulfilment time. This means your order will be picked, assembled (if required), and prepared for dispatch within one business day of purchase.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
  • Delivery timeframes do not include the 1 business day fulfilment time.
  • Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch while the carrier processes the shipment.

We take care to ensure your order is securely packaged and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In as-new, resellable condition
  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In the original packaging, including all supplied components and hardware
  • Free from damage, modification, or signs of installation

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, the following applies:

  • The original product must be returned in as-new, resellable condition, in original packaging
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original product
  • The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product being sent out

Once the original item is received and inspected, we will arrange dispatch of the replacement product.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
