Designed for maximum in-cab power without sacrificing usable space, the Toyota LandCruiser 79 Series Behind-Seat 200Ah Dual Battery Kit delivers a high-capacity, fully integrated power solution mounted neatly behind the rear seat. Engineered for serious touring setups, this system combines a super slim 200Ah lithium battery with REDARC’s advanced Alpha BCDC charger for reliable, intelligent power management.

With full plug-and-play wiring, start battery support, and optional socket expansion, this kit provides a clean, professional solution for running fridges, accessories, and off-grid systems directly from inside your cab.

Socket Bank Wiring Harness

Designed specifically for our Behind Seat Dual Battery Kits, this plug-and-play wiring harness provides a simple connection between the dual battery kit and your chosen rear power solution. The harness is pre-terminated with Anderson plugs and is designed to plug directly into the dual battery kit and then directly into your selected Socket Bank or Customisable 12V Power Distribution Box. Supplied cut to length and ready to install, it eliminates the need for custom wiring while delivering a clean, professional installation.

Customisable 12v Power Distribution Box

A premium power distribution solution designed to complement your dual battery system with a clean, professional installation. Manufactured in-house from laser-cut and fully welded aluminium, the box features configurable socket layouts, dual Anderson outputs, and a dedicated solar input.

Does this kit fit both Single Cab and Dual Cab 79 Series models?

Yes, the tray is designed to fit behind the rear seat of both Single Cab and Dual Cab 79 Series LandCruisers, including pre- and post-facelift models.

Is the socket box included with this kit?

No, the socket box is an optional add-on. The tray includes red, grey, and blue Anderson plugs, so you can either plug in one of our universal socket boxes or wire your own custom outlets.

Can I install this kit myself?

Yes, it’s a full DIY-friendly setup. Everything comes pre-wired, fused, loomed, and labelled. As long as you’re comfortable with basic tools and 12V systems, you’ll be good to go.

Does this kit work with child restraints?

Yes. The 200Ah tray is fully compatible with child restraints. The tray’s mounting holes are positioned on either side of the child restraint anchor point, so installation does not interfere with its use.

This kit has a one-week build time before dispatch. Once assembled, it will be shipped via TNT.

If your order includes a lithium battery, please note it will be classified as Dangerous Goods. These shipments often pass through multiple checkpoints and may experience additional delays. Unfortunately, due to the nature of Dangerous Goods, couriers are unable to provide accurate estimated delivery dates.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. If you don’t see regular tracking updates through the link provided, we recommend calling TNT directly on 13 11 50 with your tracking number. As the shipment is now in the hands of the courier, it’s best for the receiver to contact TNT directly for updates.
