This isn't the first under bonnet dual battery kit built for the Next-Gen Ford Ranger and Ranger Super Duty, and that was never the goal. We let the early kits hit the market first, watched where they failed under real touring conditions, and used that knowledge to engineer the most thoroughly supported under bonnet dual battery system available for these platforms.
Every kit is built around a five-piece, laser-cut metal mounting system that bolts the entire tray assembly directly to the vehicle, not just to itself. A top strap carries the integrated REDARC Alpha charger mount, a bottom tray holds the battery, a long support arm ties into a dedicated bracket mounted to a factory vehicle panel, and a fourth bracket runs from the side of the engine bay back into the tray. The result is a battery and charger setup that stays solid over corrugations, sand, and years of touring, with no flex and no movement. Installation requires no cutting and no drilling: factory mounting holes are used throughout, fitted with nut sets rather than new holes drilled into the vehicle. Every kit ships fully pre-wired and plug-and-play, complete with a red Anderson solar input already run under the bonnet, and is backed by a full PDF installation guide and installation video.
The kit is fully configurable to suit how you use your vehicle. Choose between the REDARC Alpha 25A or Alpha 50A DC-DC charger, both with built-in flat battery reset (jump-start) functionality through the RedVision app, and run power to the rear via a raw wiring harness, a factory-style socket plate, or a 12V distribution box for canopy setups. Add an Invicta Xero 100Ah or 120Ah lithium battery at checkout, or select No Battery if you'd rather fit your own compatible lithium battery. Built for the Ford Ranger Next-Gen and Ranger Super Duty, and expected to fit the Ford Everest given Ford's shared platform from the dash forward. We haven't physically tested and confirmed Everest fitment ourselves yet, so while we're confident it will fit, we can't give it our full guarantee until we have.

Socket Options
Choose the setup that suits your build and how hands-on you want to be:
No Socket Wiring
- No rear socket wiring is included.
- If you choose to add your own, you can connect directly to the MIDI fuses located on top of the dual battery kit, giving you full flexibility to wire your setup exactly how you want.
Socket Wiring Only
- Includes 3.5 metres of 8 B&S cable with durable self-winding sheathing.
- Pre-terminated to connect directly to the MIDI fuses under the bonnet, and finished with two Anderson plugs at the rear.
- Perfect if you want flexible output options: flush mount, plug into a socket box, or simply run cabling to the back.
Socket Wiring + 12V Distribution Box Everything included in the Socket Wiring option, plus our 12V Distribution Box for a complete rear power solution. The distribution box features:
- 2 x Grey Anderson outputs
- 2 x 12V cigarette sockets
- 1 x Engle fridge plug

Socket Wiring + 12V Socket Plate Everything included in the Socket Wiring option, plus our 12V Socket Plate for vehicles fitted with the factory plastic socket plate. Replaces the factory plate with ours, featuring a roller-shutter retaining switch and three outlets:

2 Year Accelerate Off-Grid Touring Warranty on Metalwork & Wiring. Both the REDARC Alpha charger and the Invicta Xero battery range (if selected) are backed by a 3-Year Under Bonnet Warranty.
Shipping Policy
This product has a 2 business day fulfilment time. This means your order will be picked, assembled (if required), and prepared for dispatch within two business days of purchase.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:
- Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days
- Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days
Please note:

Returns Policy – 30 Days
We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- In as-new, resellable condition
- Unused and uninstalled
- In the original packaging, including all supplied components and hardware
- Free from damage, modification, or signs of installation
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, the following applies:
- The original product must be returned in as-new, resellable condition, in original packaging
- The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original product
- The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product being sent out
Once the original item is received and inspected, we will arrange dispatch of the replacement product.

- We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
