Built with the same precision and reliability as our iconic 300 Series kit, this setup delivers serious off-grid capability while keeping everything neatly under the bonnet.

Featuring the REDARC Alpha 25 BCDC charger, you’ll have jump-start capability, smart alternator control, solar input, and Bluetooth monitoring all in one compact system. Whether you’re running a fridge, lighting, or charging accessories for touring, this kit gives you dependable power without taking up any cabin or cargo space.

  • After Market Fuel Filters - Vehicles fitted with an aftermarket or auxiliary secondary fuel filter are not a direct bolt-in fit with this kit. Installation will require custom brackets and additional custom work to retain and correctly position the secondary fuel filter.

Shipping Policy

This kit has a 2 business day fulfilment time. This means your order will be picked, assembled (if required), and prepared for dispatch within two business days of purchase.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
  • Delivery timeframes do not include the 2 business day fulfilment time.
  • Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch while the carrier processes the shipment.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. For delivery updates, delays, or enquiries, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.

We take care to ensure your order is securely packaged and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In as-new, resellable condition
  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In the original packaging, including all supplied components and hardware
  • Free from damage, modification, or signs of installation

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, the following applies:

  • The original product must be returned in as-new, resellable condition, in original packaging
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original product
  • The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product being sent out

Once the original item is received and inspected, we will arrange dispatch of the replacement product.

Important Notes

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Accelerate Off-Grid Touring reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of all returned items before approving refunds or exchanges.
  • Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or are missing components may not be eligible for return.

Yes, the REDARC Alpha 25 allows you to jump-start your start battery in as little as 15 minutes for peace of mind off-grid.

Do I need to modify anything under the bonnet?

No, the kit uses all existing factory bolt points, and includes a relocation bracket for the fuel filter to maintain OEM fitment.

Can I monitor the system from my phone?

Absolutely, both the REDARC Alpha and Invicta Xero batteries feature Bluetooth connectivity for live monitoring via their apps.

Is this system suitable for touring and towing setups?

What size battery fits in the 250 Series under-bonnet tray?

Fits batteries up to 308 mm (L) × 168 mm (W) × 220 mm (H).

Does my Alpha DC-DC charger have temperature protection?

Yes. The Alpha DC-DC charger has intelligent thermal protection built in.

  • If the internal temperature exceeds ~55°C, the charger will gradually reduce output to protect internal components.
  • If the internal temperature reaches ~80°C, the charger will fully shut down to prevent damage.

Once temperatures return to a safe operating range, normal charging will automatically resume.
