Shipping Policy

This kit has a 2 business day fulfilment time. This means your order will be picked, assembled (if required), and prepared for dispatch within two business days of purchase.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:

• Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days
• Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days

Please note:

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
• Delivery timeframes do not include the 2 business day fulfilment time.
• Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch while the carrier processes the shipment.
• Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. For delivery updates, delays, or enquiries, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.

We take care to ensure your order is securely packaged and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• In as-new, resellable condition
• Unused and uninstalled
• In the original packaging, including all supplied components and hardware
• Free from damage, modification, or signs of installation

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, the following applies:

• The original product must be returned in as-new, resellable condition, in original packaging
• The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original product
• The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product being sent out

Once the original item is received and inspected, we will arrange dispatch of the replacement product.

Important Notes

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
• Accelerate Off-Grid Touring reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of all returned items before approving refunds or exchanges.
• Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or are missing components may not be eligible for return.

Does this fit with false floors?

Yes, it currently fits with the RV Storage Solutions false floor. It fits with many other false floors as well, but slight modifications may be required. We haven’t tested these in-house, but some customers have successfully modified their false floors to suit the kit. Soon, you’ll be able to purchase this underfloor dual battery kit bundled with an RV Storage Solutions false floor for a complete package.

Does this kit fit both 5 and 7 seat Prado 250 models?

Yes, the kit is designed to fit under the rear floor of both 5-seater and 7-seater Prado 250 Series LandCruisers.

Do I need to drill holes to install the kit?

No, the tray mounts using factory threaded holes, making this a true no-drill installation.

Which DC-DC charger should I choose?

The Redarc Core 25A is a cost-effective option for in-cabin installs, the Classic 25A is waterproof and heat-resistant, and the Alpha 25A adds premium features like start-battery recharge and Green Power Priority™.

What can the socket banks power?

Depending on the configuration you choose, the socket bank can run fridges, charge devices via USB, and provide Anderson plug outputs for solar or caravan charging.

Does my Alpha DC-DC charger have temperature protection?

Yes. The Alpha DC-DC charger has intelligent thermal protection built in.

• If the internal temperature exceeds ~55°C, the charger will gradually reduce output to protect internal components.
  
• If the internal temperature reaches ~80°C, the charger will fully shut down to prevent damage.

Once temperatures return to a safe operating range, normal charging will automatically resume.
