All smaller products have a 1 business day fulfilment time. This means your order will be picked, assembled (if required), and prepared for dispatch within one business day of purchase.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
  • Delivery timeframes do not include the 1 business day fulfilment time.
  • Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch while the carrier processes the shipment.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. For delivery updates, delays, or enquiries, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.

We take care to ensure your order is securely packaged and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In as-new, resellable condition
  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In the original packaging, including all supplied components and hardware
  • Free from damage, modification, or signs of installation

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, the following applies:

  • The original product must be returned in as-new, resellable condition, in original packaging
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original product
  • The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product being sent out

Once the original item is received and inspected, we will arrange dispatch of the replacement product.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Yes — this socket bank is designed specifically to suit the left-hand 3rd-row rear cup holder in Y62 Nissan Patrol models.

Are the circuits separated?

Yes — the system features independent circuits for the red solar input Anderson plug, grey accessory Anderson plug, and all socket outputs for cleaner and more reliable power distribution.

Do I need to drill any holes to install it?

Yes — minor drilling is required to securely mount the socket bank into the cup holder location.

Can this connect directly to an under-floor dual battery system?

Yes — select one of the wiring harness options for straightforward integration with compatible under-floor dual battery systems.

How is this powered?

This socket bank is designed as a power distribution and outlet solution only — it does not generate power itself and must be connected to a suitable 12V power source, such as a dual battery system.

For touring applications, we strongly recommend connecting it to a dedicated auxiliary/dual battery system rather than your vehicle’s start battery, as running accessories from the start battery can flatten it and leave you unable to start the vehicle.
