Shipping Policy

All smaller products have a 1 business day fulfilment time. This means your order will be picked, assembled (if required), and prepared for dispatch within one business day of purchase.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days

Returns Policy – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In as-new, resellable condition
  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In the original packaging, including all supplied components and hardware
  • Free from damage, modification, or signs of installation

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, the following applies:

  • The original product must be returned in as-new, resellable condition, in original packaging
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original product
  • The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product being sent out

Once the original item is received and inspected, we will arrange dispatch of the replacement product.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Will this battery tray fit my Toyota LandCruiser 300 Series?

This battery tray is compatible with Toyota LandCruiser 300 Series Diesel / Non-Hybrid models (2022–Current) only. It is not compatible with Petrol Hybrid models. The tray is designed to fit within the factory engine bay while retaining the original start battery.

What batteries are compatible with this tray?

The tray is designed for lithium batteries only and has been tested with Invicta Xero 100Ah and 120Ah lithium batteries. Other lithium batteries may fit, provided they do not exceed 308mm (L) x 168mm (W) x 220mm (H) or 15kg and are approved for under-bonnet use.

Does this battery tray come with a lithium battery?

You can purchase the tray without a battery or select an Invicta Xero 100Ah or 120Ah lithium battery. A battery is only included when selected at checkout.

Can I use this tray to build my own dual battery system?

Yes. This is the same tray used in our complete 300 Series Under-Bonnet Dual Battery Kits. It allows you to build your own system using compatible DC-DC chargers, wiring and accessories. The tray includes the mounting components required for installation, but electrical components must be purchased separately.
