Shipping Policy

All smaller products have a 1 business day fulfilment time. This means your order will be picked, assembled (if required), and prepared for dispatch within one business day of purchase.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:

• Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days
• Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days

Please note:

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
• Delivery timeframes do not include the 1 business day fulfilment time.
• Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch while the carrier processes the shipment.
• Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. For delivery updates, delays, or enquiries, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.
  

We take care to ensure your order is securely packaged and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• In as-new, resellable condition
• Unused and uninstalled
• In the original packaging, including all supplied components and hardware
• Free from damage, modification, or signs of installation

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, the following applies:

• The original product must be returned in as-new, resellable condition, in original packaging
• The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original product
• The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product being sent out

Once the original item is received and inspected, we will arrange dispatch of the replacement product.

Important Notes

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
• Accelerate Off-Grid Touring reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of all returned items before approving refunds or exchanges.
• Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or are missing components may not be eligible for return.

Will this bracket fit all 300 Series LandCruiser models?

Yes. This bracket is compatible with Toyota LandCruiser 300 Series models (2022–Current), including both Diesel / Non-Hybrid and Petrol Hybrid variants. It mounts directly to the factory tow bar mounting points.

Does this require drilling or modifications to install?

No. The bracket is designed to utilise existing factory mounting holes on the tow bar, allowing for a straightforward installation without drilling or permanent modifications to the vehicle.

What accessories can be mounted to this bracket?

The bracket includes provisions for a breakaway unit, WOZA connection, Airbag Man manual inflation valves, ARB air chuck, triple-stack Anderson plugs and a 7-pin or 12-pin trailer socket, keeping your towing connections neatly organised in one location.

Is the bracket suitable for harsh off-road and coastal conditions?

Yes. The bracket is manufactured from marine-grade 316L stainless steel and finished with a durable textured black powder coat, providing excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability in harsh off-road, touring and coastal environments.
