Shipping Policy

All smaller products have a 1 business day fulfilment time. This means your order will be picked, assembled (if required), and prepared for dispatch within one business day of purchase.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:

• Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days
• Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days

Please note:

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
• Delivery timeframes do not include the 1 business day fulfilment time.
• Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch while the carrier processes the shipment.
• Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. For delivery updates, delays, or enquiries, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.
  

We take care to ensure your order is securely packaged and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• In as-new, resellable condition
• Unused and uninstalled
• In the original packaging, including all supplied components and hardware
• Free from damage, modification, or signs of installation

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, the following applies:

• The original product must be returned in as-new, resellable condition, in original packaging
• The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original product
• The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product being sent out

Once the original item is received and inspected, we will arrange dispatch of the replacement product.

Important Notes

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
• Accelerate Off-Grid Touring reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of all returned items before approving refunds or exchanges.
• Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or are missing components may not be eligible for return.

Does this bracket come with plugs or wiring?

No, this listing is for the bracket only. All plugs, wiring, and accessories must be purchased separately.

What accessories can be mounted to this bracket?

The bracket includes provisions for a breakaway switch, WOZA connections (Safety Dave, Sphere, Polaris & Aopulo), Airbag Man inflation valves, Anderson plugs, and a 7 or 12-pin trailer socket.

Is this a bolt-on installation?

Yes, the bracket is designed to utilise factory mounting points on the left-hand side of the tow bar for a straightforward installation with no drilling required.

What material is the bracket made from?

It is manufactured from 316L stainless steel and finished in a textured black powder coat for maximum strength and corrosion resistance.

Is this the same as the Universal Ute Trailer Mounting Bracket?

It’s very similar in overall design and function, however there is one key difference.

The Ford Ranger NextGen & Super Duty bracket does not use a 90-degree folded mounting face. Instead, the accessory mounting section is pushed outward so it sits flush with the rear of the tow bar on the Super Duty. This provides better alignment and clearance specific to that vehicle’s tow bar setup.

The Universal Ute version uses a true 90-degree fold for a more compact, straight mounting surface, whereas the Ford Ranger NextGen & Super Duty design is purpose-built to suit the Ranger’s rear layout for a cleaner, more integrated fit.
