Shipping Policy

All smaller products have a 1 business day fulfilment time. This means your order will be picked, assembled (if required), and prepared for dispatch within one business day of purchase.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:

• Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days
• Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days

Please note:

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
• Delivery timeframes do not include the 1 business day fulfilment time.
• Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch while the carrier processes the shipment.
• Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. For delivery updates, delays, or enquiries, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.
  

We take care to ensure your order is securely packaged and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• In as-new, resellable condition
• Unused and uninstalled
• In the original packaging, including all supplied components and hardware
• Free from damage, modification, or signs of installation

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, the following applies:

• The original product must be returned in as-new, resellable condition, in original packaging
• The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original product
• The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product being sent out

Once the original item is received and inspected, we will arrange dispatch of the replacement product.

Important Notes

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
• Accelerate Off-Grid Touring reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of all returned items before approving refunds or exchanges.
• Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or are missing components may not be eligible for return.

Will this bracket fit my ute?

This bracket is designed as a universal solution and has been test fitted on a range of popular ute models. It utilises existing mounting points on most tow bars, however fitment can vary depending on your specific tow bar design and any existing accessories.

What accessories can I mount to this bracket?

The bracket is designed to support a complete rear setup, including trailer plugs (7/12-pin), Anderson plugs, and breakaway systems. It provides a clean and organised mounting solution for all your essential towing connections.

Does this come with plugs or wiring?

No — this listing is for the bracket only. This allows you to customise your setup with your preferred plugs, wiring, and accessories to suit your specific touring or towing requirements.

Is this the same as the Ranger Super Duty bracket?

It’s very similar in overall design and function, but there is one key difference. The Universal Ute Bracket features a true 90-degree folded mounting face for the accessory section, giving you a straight, compact mounting surface.

On the Ranger Super Duty version, this section is pushed outward to sit flush with the tow bar setup specific to that vehicle. This universal design keeps things simple, tidy, and adaptable across multiple ute platforms.
