Shipping Policy

This product has a 2 business day fulfilment time. This means your order will be picked, assembled (if required), and prepared for dispatch within two business days of purchase.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:

• Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days
• Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days

Please note:

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
• Delivery timeframes do not include the 2 business day fulfilment time.
• Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch while the carrier processes the shipment.
• Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. For delivery updates, delays, or enquiries, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.

We take care to ensure your order is securely packaged and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• In as-new, resellable condition
• Unused and uninstalled
• In the original packaging, including all supplied components and hardware
• Free from damage, modification, or signs of installation

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, the following applies:

• The original product must be returned in as-new, resellable condition, in original packaging
• The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original product
• The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product being sent out

Once the original item is received and inspected, we will arrange dispatch of the replacement product.

Important Notes

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
• Accelerate Off-Grid Touring reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of all returned items before approving refunds or exchanges.
• Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or are missing components may not be eligible for return.

Is this UHF communication kit compatible with my vehicle?

Yes, this kit is designed for the Ford Ranger Super Duty (2026–Current), Next-Gen Ranger (2022–Current) and Next-Gen Everest (2022–Current). Each component has been selected to provide a clean, vehicle-specific installation.

Can I install this UHF kit myself, or do I need an auto electrician?

Absolutely! This kit has been designed with DIY installation in mind. The GME power harness is modified in-house to plug directly into your vehicle's factory wiring, eliminating the need to cut or splice wires. We also provide step-by-step installation instructions to guide you through the process.

Does this kit include everything I need for a complete UHF installation?

Yes! The bundle includes the GME XRS-375C4P UHF radio pack, modified plug-and-play power harness, concealed UHF body mount, passenger-side bonnet antenna bracket, your choice of handpiece mount, RJ45 pass-through and mounting hardware. There's no need to source individual brackets or wiring components separately.

Can I choose where the UHF handpiece is mounted?

Yes! You can choose between a driver-side or passenger-side handpiece mount when ordering. Both options are designed to provide a secure, accessible mounting location with an integrated RJ45 pass-through for a clean, factory-style finish.
