Silverado Dual Battery Kit

At the heart of this build is a complete under-seat Silverado dual battery system, designed to provide reliable off-grid power while making the most of the otherwise unused space beneath the rear passenger seat.

This custom setup has been designed to power everything from fridges and Starlink to coffee machines, induction cooktops and other touring essentials, all while maintaining a clean, factory-style finish.

This build features:

• 200Ah Invicta Black Lithium Battery – Mounted on its side beneath the rear seat to maximise available space while delivering plenty of capacity for extended touring.
• REDARC Alpha 50A BCDC Charger – Charges the auxiliary battery from the alternator while driving and features Green Power Priority™, automatically prioritising solar input whenever available.
• Invicta 2000W Inverter – Supplies 240V power through integrated GPO outlets, allowing household appliances to be used while off-grid.
• Enerdrive EPRO Battery Monitoring System – Provides live monitoring of battery percentage, charging and discharging current, temperatures and overall system performance.
• Integrated Fuse Protection – Professionally mounted fuse assemblies and an Endrive EPRO shunt ensure the system remains protected while accurately monitoring power consumption.
• Rear Power Distribution – Includes twin Grey Anderson plug outputs, dual USB charging outlets, a 12V cigarette socket, 240V GPO outlets, dedicated inverter controls and a Starlink on/off switch.

Developed specifically for the Chevrolet Silverado platform, the cubby transforms the otherwise wasted space beneath the rear passenger seat into a practical mounting location for a complete dual battery system. It securely houses the battery, charger, inverter, fuse protection and electrical components while keeping everything protected and maintaining a clean OEM-style appearance.

The metalwork has been available separately through our website for some time, and we're excited to soon release it as a complete plug-and-play Silverado dual battery kit, supplied pre-wired with a dedicated charge harness to make installation even easier.

Practical Rear Power & Towing Solutions

This build also received a customised rear power and towing solution tailored specifically to the owner's touring style.

Rather than flush-mounting the outlets into the tub, we designed protective 3D-printed covers for the Anderson plugs and power outlets, allowing cargo to be loaded without damaging the electrical connections. The fridge Anderson plug is protected, while the outlets face backwards to minimise the risk of damage from loose gear.

An additional protected Anderson plug has also been installed at the front of the tub to power the customer's Starlink mount, making it quick and easy to connect when setting up camp.

To make the Silverado equally capable when towing, we also fitted an isolated Grey Anderson plug at the tow bar. This provides a dedicated charging circuit for a caravan or camper trailer while automatically isolating the auxiliary battery when the vehicle is switched off, helping to protect both battery systems. Whether you're powering a fridge in the tub, charging a caravan battery while travelling or running Starlink at camp, this setup delivers practical, reliable power exactly where it's needed.

Custom GME UHF Installation

Another exciting addition to our growing range of Silverado accessories is our custom Chevrolet Silverado UHF handpiece mount.

Designed entirely in-house, the mount utilises existing factory mounting points beneath the centre console rubber insert, meaning there's absolutely no drilling required.

We've also developed a matching centre console insert that neatly houses the light bar switch, solving one of the biggest challenges when fitting accessories to the Silverado.

The result is a clean OEM-style installation that looks like it belonged there from the factory.

STEDI Curved Light Bar

To finish off the front of the vehicle, we installed a large STEDI curved light bar.

Mounted securely to the steel structure behind the grille, the light bar benefits from a strong mounting location while maintaining a clean appearance. Sitting neatly behind the number plate area, it provides outstanding nighttime visibility without compromising the front styling of the Silverado.
