Take the guesswork out of installing a high-capacity dual battery system with a complete plug-and-play solution designed specifically for compatible Toyota LandCruiser 79 Series models. Engineered for serious touring, work vehicles and off-grid travel, this system installs neatly behind the rear seat to provide dependable in-cab power without sacrificing valuable tray, canopy or floor space.

Every kit is supplied fully assembled, pre-wired and ready to install using premium automotive cable and protective sheathing. All wiring is pre-terminated, fused, labelled and cut to the correct length, eliminating the need to design a system, calculate cable sizes or crimp your own connections. Simply mount the assembled tray, route the supplied charging harness according to the installation instructions and connect the system using the colour-coded Anderson plugs.

Built around REDARC's proven Classic BCDC charging platform, the system provides reliable charging from both the vehicle's alternator and solar input. With built-in MPPT solar regulation, Green Power Priority™ and compatibility with standard and variable-voltage alternators, the Classic Series delivers dependable auxiliary battery charging in demanding touring, work and off-grid conditions.

Choose from no battery, an Invicta SuperSlim 100Ah lithium battery or the high-capacity Invicta SuperSlim 200Ah lithium battery. You can also choose to complete your own socket setup or add a driver-side or passenger-side 79 Series Power Console to create a complete, easily accessible rear-seat power solution.

Charger Options

REDARC Classic 25A (BCDC1225D)

A reliable, entry-level DC-DC charger ideal for small-to-medium battery systems. Featuring dual-input charging and a built-in MPPT solar regulator, it provides efficient and dependable charging from both the vehicle's alternator and solar input.

REDARC Classic 40A (BCDC1240D)

A higher-output DC-DC charger suited to larger battery banks and greater power demands. Its 40A charging output provides faster battery recovery while maintaining REDARC's proven durability in harsh touring and off-road conditions.

Battery Options

No Battery

Supplied without a battery, allowing you to install your preferred compatible lithium battery. The available internal battery space accommodates batteries up to approximately 1000mm (L) × 70mm (W) × 300mm (H).

The supplied battery cables are pre-terminated with lugs to make connecting a compatible battery as straightforward as possible. Always confirm the battery's physical dimensions, terminal configuration, weight and charging requirements before purchasing.

Invicta SuperSlim 100Ah

A compact lithium option offering reliable performance and reduced weight for everyday touring, work vehicles and moderate accessory requirements.

Socket Options

No Socket Option

Choose the no-socket option if you would prefer to create your own customised power outlet and accessory setup. The system includes 2 × grey Anderson outputs on the tray and 1 × red Anderson plug for solar input on the tray, allowing you to install and wire your preferred sockets, switches or accessories to suit your individual requirements.

Driver-Side or Passenger-Side 79 Series Power Console

Available in driver-side and passenger-side configurations, the optional 79 Series Power Console provides a clean and convenient power hub beside the rear seat, directly behind the corresponding rear door.

Designed exclusively for Toyota LandCruiser 79 Series Dual Cab models, the console places your most frequently used power connections within easy reach while maintaining a neat, vehicle-specific finish.

Each console includes:

• 1 × 12V socket
• 1 × dual USB-A and USB-C socket
• 1 × red Anderson plug for solar input
• 1 × grey Anderson plug for 12V output
• 2 × on/off switches
• 1 × integrated cup holder suitable for a standard 375ml can

Please note: The two on/off switches are supplied unwired, allowing you to configure them for your preferred accessories. Switch wiring must be completed during installation.
