Description

Featuring the advanced REDARC Alpha BCDC charger, it gives you the ability to jumpstart your vehicle, maintain your start battery, prioritise solar charging, and control it all via Bluetooth.

Pair it with your choice of rear-cupholder-mounted socket bank for the ultimate touring setup.

Solar Input Options (Important for GR Sport Owners)
This system includes a RED Anderson solar input plug mounted on the front of the BCDC bracket for easy solar connection on standard 300 Series grilles.

If you have a GR Sport with the honeycomb grille, the front-mounted solar plug cannot be used due to grille clearance issues.
Instead, we will supply a dedicated under-bonnet solar mounting bracket so you can still run portable solar panels safely and cleanly.

Shipping Policy

This kit has a 2 business day fulfilment time. This means your order will be picked, assembled (if required), and prepared for dispatch within two business days of purchase.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
  • Delivery timeframes do not include the 2 business day fulfilment time.
  • Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch while the carrier processes the shipment.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. For delivery updates, delays, or enquiries, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.

We take care to ensure your order is securely packaged and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In as-new, resellable condition
  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In the original packaging, including all supplied components and hardware
  • Free from damage, modification, or signs of installation

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, the following applies:

  • The original product must be returned in as-new, resellable condition, in original packaging
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original product
  • The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product being sent out

Once the original item is received and inspected, we will arrange dispatch of the replacement product.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

FAQs

What is the difference between this kit with the jumpstart feature and your other 300 Series kit?

This version uses the REDARC Alpha DC-DC charger, which adds premium features including a built-in jumpstart function, start battery maintenance, Green Power Priority charging, and adjustable alternator amperage draw. The standard kit uses a REDARC Classic charger and does not include these features.

How do I use the jumpstart feature?

It’s controlled entirely via Bluetooth through the REDARC app on your phone. Simply connect to the charger through the app, follow the prompts to enable jumpstart mode, and the system will safely direct power from your auxiliary battery to your starter battery.

I have a GR Sport, will solar through the grille work?

No, on the GR Sport model solar through the grille won’t work due to the factory front design. You can instead choose an under-bonnet solar input or a roof-mounted solar connection.

I want to tow my caravan, can I add towing electrics to this kit?

Yes. You can add an isolated Anderson plug, an electric brake controller, and ESC compatibility. Just select the towing bundle when ordering, and everything will be integrated into your install.

Does my Alpha DC-DC charger have temperature protection?

Yes. The Alpha DC-DC charger has intelligent thermal protection built in.

  • If the internal temperature exceeds ~55°C, the charger will gradually reduce output to protect internal components.
  • If the internal temperature reaches ~80°C, the charger will fully shut down to prevent damage.

Once temperatures return to a safe operating range, normal charging will automatically resume.
