Shipping Policy

This kit has a 2 business day fulfilment time. This means your order will be picked, assembled (if required), and prepared for dispatch within two business days of purchase.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:

• Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days
  
• Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days
  

Please note:

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
  
• Delivery timeframes do not include the 2 business day fulfilment time.
  
• Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch while the carrier processes the shipment.
  
• Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. For delivery updates, delays, or enquiries, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.
  

We take care to ensure your order is securely packaged and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• In as-new, resellable condition
  
• Unused and uninstalled
  
• In the original packaging, including all supplied components and hardware
  
• Free from damage, modification, or signs of installation
  

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, the following applies:

• The original product must be returned in as-new, resellable condition, in original packaging
  
• The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original product
  
• The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product being sent out
  

Once the original item is received and inspected, we will arrange dispatch of the replacement product.

Important Notes

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  
• Accelerate Off-Grid Touring reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of all returned items before approving refunds or exchanges.
  
• Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or are missing components may not be eligible for return.

Does this kit work with the Accelerate inverter/compressor bracket for the Prado 250?

Yes. This underfloor kit is designed to work perfectly with our inverter/compressor bracket system.

If you purchase both together, we will pre-mount the inverter mega fuse onto the battery tray for you to make installation even easier.

Can I run socket banks on both sides of the vehicle?

Yes. Simply add the Dual Socket Upgrade (add-on product) to your order.

This includes the Prado-specific Y-lead that safely connects both socket banks to the underfloor system.

Are instructions included with the kit?

Yes. Every kit comes with a full installation video and a detailed PDF instruction manual including wiring diagrams, photos, and step-by-step guidance.

Do I need to run any cabling from the engine bay to the rear?

No. This is a self-contained underfloor system.

All charging, fusing, solar input, and output wiring is located in the rear of the vehicle — there’s zero cabling run through the vehicle.

Does the REDARC Alpha 50A work in the Prado 250?

Yes — when limited to 40A.

We pre-program the Alpha 50A to a 40A limit, making it fully suitable for the Prado 250 while still offering faster charging and jumpstart capability.

Will this fit with drawer systems?

This kit is:

• Compatible with RV Solutions (RVSS) drawer systems
• Not compatible with the RVSS false floor (battery height clearance)
• Not yet tested with other aftermarket drawer or false-floor systems

Does this kit work in both 5-seat and 7-seat Prado models?

Yes. The tray and wiring loom are designed to work with both seating configurations.

Will the 220Ah battery fit under the factory floor without raising it?

Yes. The custom tray is engineered specifically to house the underfloor 220Ah battery while retaining the factory floor height.

Does my Alpha DC-DC charger have temperature protection?

Yes. The Alpha DC-DC charger has intelligent thermal protection built in.

• If the internal temperature exceeds ~55°C, the charger will gradually reduce output to protect internal components.
  
• If the internal temperature reaches ~80°C, the charger will fully shut down to prevent damage.

Once temperatures return to a safe operating range, normal charging will automatically resume.
