Will this fit with my aftermarket grille or bull bar?

This bracket has been specifically designed and tested with the factory Hilux grille and factory front-end configuration.

Fitment with aftermarket grilles, bull bars, intercoolers, bash plates, or other accessories cannot be guaranteed unless tested in-house, as clearances and mounting points may vary between manufacturers.

Is this a bolt-in installation or does it require drilling?

This mount is designed to utilise factory mounting locations wherever possible, meaning no permanent vehicle modifications are required during installation.

This allows the system to be installed cleanly while maintaining the integrity of the vehicle.

Can I purchase this with spotlights and wiring included?

Yes. This mount is available as a bracket-only option or as a complete package including Stedi EVO or Narva EX2 spotlights and a plug-and-play wiring harness.

This allows you to choose the level of package that suits your setup.

Do I need a different wiring harness if my Hilux has LED headlights?

Yes. Vehicles equipped with factory LED headlights require a specific harness designed to properly integrate with the vehicle's lighting system.

Make sure to select the LED Headlight wiring harness option when ordering if your vehicle has factory LED headlights.

Will this fit my Hilux?

This bracket has been test-fitted on the base model 48-volt Toyota Hilux and fits correctly. It is also compatible with other 48-volt and non-48-volt Hilux variants. However, the style of your grille may affect light projection—models with more open grilles allow better output, while honeycomb-style grilles may slightly reduce light performance.

Will this fit my model of Hilux?

Yes, this bracket is compatible with SR5, GR Sport, Rogue, and base SR Hilux models, including both 48-volt and non-48-volt variants. Keep in mind that grille design may affect light projection, with more open grilles allowing better output than honeycomb-style grilles.

Does this fit the 2019 Rugged X grill type?
Yes, but it might not have the same light projection as a standard grille and not tested in house.

Shipping Policy

This products has a 3 business day fulfilment time. This means your order will be picked, assembled (if required), and prepared for dispatch within three business day of purchase.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Returns Policy – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• In as-new, resellable condition
  
• Unused and uninstalled
  
• In the original packaging, including all supplied components and hardware
  
• Free from damage, modification, or signs of installation
  

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, the following applies:

• The original product must be returned in as-new, resellable condition, in original packaging
  
• The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original product
  
• The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product being sent out
  

Once the original item is received and inspected, we will arrange dispatch of the replacement product.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
