Shipping Policy

All smaller products have a 1 business day fulfilment time. This means your order will be picked, assembled (if required), and prepared for dispatch within one business day of purchase.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days

Please note:

Returns Policy – 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In as-new, resellable condition
  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In the original packaging, including all supplied components and hardware
  • Free from damage, modification, or signs of installation

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, the following applies:

  • The original product must be returned in as-new, resellable condition, in original packaging
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original product
  • The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product being sent out

Once the original item is received and inspected, we will arrange dispatch of the replacement product.

Will this bracket fit my LandCruiser 300 Series with leather dash trim?

Yes. This bracket is compatible with Toyota LandCruiser 300 Series models (2022–Current), including both Diesel / Non-Hybrid and Petrol Hybrid variants. It is designed to fit both plastic and leather dash trim configurations.

Do I need to drill into my dash to install this?

No drilling is required. The bracket slots neatly between the centre console and dash trim, with no tools, cutting or permanent modifications needed.

What UHF handpiece holders does it support?

The bracket is designed specifically for the GME XRS Connect Magnetic Handpiece Mount but has also been tested in-house with Oricom and Uniden magnetic handpiece mounts. A genuine GME Magnetic Handpiece Mount can be added to your order and is only included if selected at checkout.

Can I remove the bracket when not using my UHF?

Yes. The bracket is fully removable, making it ideal for those who only use their UHF while touring and prefer a clean, factory-style dashboard for everyday driving.

Can I mount this bracket on either side of the dashboard?

Yes. The bracket can be installed on either the driver’s or passenger’s side of the head unit. When installed on the opposite side, the Accelerate logo will be upside down, but this is concealed once the magnetic handpiece mount is fitted.

My feedback is: The screws supplied are quite long and they have slightly damaged the trim on my lc300 GX. I hack sawed the protruding part of the screw down to nut level and filed it smooth which made the fit better. Mine is mounted at the bottom on the passenger side.

Fits easily and can be used on either side of the console. No holes required to be drilled and you can move to the exact position that suits the individual.

Handpiece bracket arrived quicker than expected, did a trial fit & works as described. Still waiting to have UHF installed but can see no problem, will have to shorten bolts as mentioned by others so as not to scratch leather trim but not a b ig issue. Love the fact handpiece can be mounted either side of tunnel & in a lower or higher position to suit
