Originally developed as part of our Behind Seat Dual Battery System, the Ford Ranger Next-Gen & Super Duty Rear Vent Spacer is now available as a standalone product following numerous customer requests. It provides the required clearance between the factory rear cabin vent and a behind-seat battery tray, allowing for a clean, factory-style installation while maintaining the function of the original cabin ventilation system.
Manufactured in-house, the kit combines a laser-cut aluminium spacer with a custom 3D-printed vent adapter featuring an integrated foam seal for a secure, airtight fit. All required mounting hardware is included for installation. While it may be suitable for other battery trays or custom applications, this product has only been tested and verified with the Accelerate Off-Grid Touring Behind Seat Dual Battery System.

Shipping Policy
All smaller products have a 1 business day fulfilment time. This means your order will be picked, assembled (if required), and prepared for dispatch within one business day of purchase.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Estimated delivery timeframes within Australia:
- Standard Shipping: 5 – 7 business days
- Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days

Returns Policy – 30 Days
We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- In as-new, resellable condition
- Unused and uninstalled
- In the original packaging, including all supplied components and hardware
- Free from damage, modification, or signs of installation
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, the following applies:
- The original product must be returned in as-new, resellable condition, in original packaging
- The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original product
- The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement product being sent out
Once the original item is received and inspected, we will arrange dispatch of the replacement product.
Important Notes
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
- Accelerate Off-Grid Touring reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of all returned items before approving refunds or exchanges.
- Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or are missing components may not be eligible for return.

It may suit other battery trays or custom applications, however it has only been tested and verified with the Accelerate Off-Grid Touring Behind Seat Dual Battery System.
Why is this now available separately?
We received numerous requests from customers wanting the vent spacer for custom builds or as a replacement part, so we've made it available as an individual product.
What's included?

Does this replace the factory vent?
No. It spaces the factory vent away from the mounting surface while retaining its original function.
